Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the courts of India with exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Goa to settle any disputes that may arise from or in connection with this Agreement.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Do not continue to use the SCANPATCH.IN website, SCANPATCH®product, Software or any of the products and services associated with it if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Paid Service, Charges and Billing:

You are liable for all usage charges (calls, text messages, cellular data etc) incurred in the use of this website, associated products, software and service.
A yearly service fee shall be charged for the use of the paid services of the website and associated products and services. A notification regarding the payment to be made shall be sent to you by email, telephone, postal mail or any other means sufficiently in advance to enable you to make the payment and ensure no break in your service. However, it is the obligation and responsibility of the user to ensure that the service contract is up to date to ensure that there is no break in service.
INDIGO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS nor its partners and associates shall be held liable for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of the stoppage of service due to non-payment of the service fee.

Termination and Restrictions of Service:

If you wish to terminate your service please delete your account.
Your product purchase cost and any service fee paid is non-refundable. With our service plan you are committed to paying for One Year of service.
Your account cannot be transferred or rented to any other person. Once registered the details of the account holder cannot be changed.
You are responsible for taking care of the product and ensuring that it is used responsibly.
In the event of any violations, INDIGO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS reserve the rights to terminate the service contract at any point without explanation and such termination will be effective immediately. No amounts paid shall be refunded.
INDIGO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS nor any of its partners and associates shall be held liable for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of or due to the termination of the service contract.

Product Problems and Usage Liability:

Any problem you have with the products and services associated with SCANPATCH.IN must be reported to us immediately.
SCANPATCH.IN and its associated products provide a service in times of emergency which are subject to a variety of factors outside our control. These factors include location of where the emergency occurs, lack of phone and internet connectivity, non-compatibility of the telephone used to scan and activate the NFC chip in the product, service restrictions in certain countries, etc.
INDIGO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS nor any of its partners and associates shall be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience arising from the unavailability of any aspect of our service due to factors outside our control. We shall not be held responsible for any problems resulting from the non-functioning of our products and services due to the service provided by phone and internet providers, any third-party service providers, non-compatible devices being used to scan the product or due to physical damage to the product.

Stoppage of Service and Winding up:

INDIGO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS reserve the rights to stop its business and shut down the website SCANPATCH.IN at any time without explanation.
In the event of termination or winding up of business, any amounts due to the client towards paid service not provided, shall be subject to bankruptcy or other relevant laws applicable at the time.
Initial product purchase cost shall be deemed to be the non-refundable price paid towards the ownership of the physical product and no refund shall be made on the same.
INDIGO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS nor any of its partners and associates shall be held liable for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of or due to the stoppage of service and or winding up of the business.

Warranties:

If there is a fault with the product associated with SCANPATCH.IN within 12 months of purchase it shall be subject to the Warranty policy as published on the website. All repairs or replacements shall be at the sole discretion of the Company. Please contact the point of sale where the product was purchased for any claims.
